Due to the sensitive nature of research-grade botanical assets, maintaining an uncompromised chain of custody is our highest priority. To protect the integrity of our inventory, we enforce the following policy:
1. Opened or Tampered Assets
All sales of opened, unsealed, or altered items are final.We cannot accept returns on materials that have had their vacuum seals broken, as we can no long guarantee zero-contaminant processing to subsequent researchers.
2. Unopened Transit Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery only if the outer shipping package and internal vacuum seals remain completely untampered and intact.To initiate a return, contact our support infrastructure to obtain a Secure Return Authorization (SRA) number. Unauthorized returns will be rejected at the facility.The buyer is responsible for return transit costs utilizing a tracked shipping service
3. Transit Asset Protection & Insurance Protocols
To preserve the absolute value and security of your investment, all high-purity botanical assets are backed by a mandatory Transit Asset Protection (TAP) Insurance Protocol executed prior to dispatch. This structural charge ensures that your shipment is fully indemnified against external variables during global transport.
Protocol A: In the Event of Damage or Loss
If an asset arrives with verified physical damage, or if the shipment is compromised during transit, the pre-dispatched insurance coverage guarantees a rapid, friction-free replacement sequence:
Photographic Documentation: Take clear, high-resolution photographs of the unopened, structurally compromised shipping packaging immediately upon receipt.
Telemetry Notification: Contact our support infrastructure within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp to submit your images and initiate a formal claim.
Registry Inquiry & Replacement: Our team will immediately log an inquiry through the National Transit Registry (NTR). Once the structural compromise is verified by our logistics network, a matching replacement asset will be prioritized and dispatched to your laboratory at zero additional cost.
Protocol B: Successful Delivery & Security Deposit Refund
We operate on a zero-risk policy for our clients. If your package arrives intact, pristine, and clean with absolutely no transit issues, the protective insurance charge functions as a fully refundable security deposit.
The Refund Framework: Once your tracking telemetry logs a “Successful Delivery” status with no damage claims submitted within the 48-hour window, the entire insurance fee is automatically cleared for release.
Return of Funds: The system will reverse the exact charge back to your original payment method. The refund processing follows standard banking compliance pipelines and will typically reflect in your account within 2 to 3 business days, utilizing the exact same encrypted security procedures used during checkout.
