1. Processing & Handling Time
All orders undergo a strict quality control inspection and vacuum-sealing process prior to dispatch.
Standard processing takes 1–2 business days.
High-volume or wholesale institutional orders may require an additional 24 hours for advanced preservation routing.
2. Discretion & Packaging (“The Digital Fortress”)
To guarantee your privacy, all shipments are dispatched in durable, completely non-descript, and tamper-evident packaging.
There are no botanical references, chemical markers, or brand logos on the exterior of the package.
Inside, all assets are vacuum-sealed to prevent oxidation, moisture contamination, or degradation during transit.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer domestic and international transit options calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Standard Discrete Transit: 1–2 business days.
International secure Transit: 3–4 business days.
4. Tracking & Transit Telemetry

5. Customs & International Regulations
For international orders, the buyer assumes responsibility for understanding local botanical regulations. Prime Hostilis complies fully with transport documentation requirements, but we cannot be held responsible for transit delays caused by localized customs inspections.
